User Agreement and Privacy Policy

1. Collected Data

DreamLock may collect the following pieces of software:

Personal Identification Information: Ad, email address, phone number

Usage Data: In-app interactions, error logs, login credentials

Payment Information: Information provided through Google Play for subscription and purchase transactions (DreamLock does not store payment information directly)

2. Purposes of Data Use

2.1 Data Collection

The collected data is used in accordance with the following guidelines:

Maintaining and improving the Service

Membership and authentication processes

Error rates and performance rules

User support and communication

Meeting legal obligations

2.2 Data Sharing and Commercial Use

DreamLock does not share, sell, or transfer any personal information (such as email addresses, phone numbers, or other identifying data) to any third parties under any circumstances.

All user data is stored securely in DreamLock's encrypted database and is used solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service. Personal data will only be disclosed if required by applicable law or legal process.

However, sharing may be limited to the following limits:

Service providers: Cloud-based, error monitoring, analytics services (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics, Crashlytics, payment services)

Legal requirements: When required by court order or official request

All data is stored in encrypted databases.

Passwords are protected with non-recoverable encryption techniques.

Industry-standard measures are implemented to ensure data security.

2.4 User Rights

Users have the following rights:

Storage of your personal information

Request for inaccurate or incomplete information

Deletion of their account and all transactions

Request information regarding data processing

3. Return and Refund Policy

3.1 Digital Services and Subscriptions

DreamLock provides digital services and premium subscriptions. Due to the nature of digital content and services, all sales are considered final once the service has been accessed or the subscription period has begun.

3.2 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If the service is completely non-functional due to technical problems on our end and cannot be resolved within 48 hours of reporting
  • Duplicate Charges: If you have been charged multiple times for the same service
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If your account was used without your permission
  • Service Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription within 24 hours of initial purchase and have not used the premium features

3.3 Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services that have been used or accessed for more than 24 hours
  • Dream analysis reports that have been generated and downloaded
  • Premium features that have been utilized
  • Subscription renewals after the initial 24-hour period
  • Services purchased more than 30 days ago

3.4 Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team at dreamlock@dreamlockapp.com with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Transaction ID or payment reference
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Date of purchase

Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method.

3.5 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be provided for unused time in the current billing period.

3.6 Chargeback Policy

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider without first contacting our support team, your account may be suspended or terminated. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues.

3.7 Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Customers)

For customers in the European Union and European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. However, this right does not apply to digital content if you have given your consent and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the performance has begun.

3.8 Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.

4. Changes to the Agreement

DreamLock reserves the right to update or change this agreement. All changes will be announced within the application. Continued use of the service after updates implies acceptance of the new terms.

5. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on the web and in the app, and the password will be entered when they are released.
